"The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it." John 1:5

God is on one side and all the people are on the other side. 1 Timothy 2:5

The trouble is that your sins have cut you off from God. Isaiah 59:2 



"Yes, all have sinned; all fall short of God's glorious ideal." Romans 3:23

"For the wages of sin is death...but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 6:23

"God is on one side and all the people on the other side, and Christ Jesus, is between them to bring them together, by giving his life for all mankind." I Timothy 2:5-6

"I am the light of the world."

"Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."  John 8:12



For God so loved the world he gave his only Son so that anyone who believes in him

shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

How can I be forgiven and receive eternal life?

Tell God (a.k.a. "pray") the A B C 's of forgiveness : "God, I Admit that I am a sinner and I ask for your forgiveness. I Believe that you love me and that you sent Jesus to pay the penalty for my sin. I Choose to turn my life over to you and make you Lord of my life."
